Mikito Tsukihara: Personal Trainer
On October 1st, our trainer Mikito Tsukihara was the runner-up winner in the middle class 30 to 39 year old division at the Ehime competition of Japan’s largest body builder contest “Best Body Japan”. In this competition participants compete for the best toned and well-balanced body.
As a result of his win, Mikito will compete to be best in Japan representing his prefecture at the “Japan Tournament” to be held at “Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan” on November 23rd.
The tournament will be streamed live on the day of the event on the “Sports Bull” App. Please watch it if you have time. * (We will post an update once the time of the tournament is set.)
